When you submit a property to, or modify a property on homesafar.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
  1. The advertiser is wholly responsible for the accuracy of the property information published on the site.

  2. homesafar.com reserves the right to modify the property information, to remove offensive or inappropriate material or to bring the information in line with the homesafar.com house style.

  3. Customer service is of paramount importance to homesafar.com and therefore, it is a requirement that advertisers should respond promptly and courteously to all enquiries.

  4. homesafar.com accepts no legal responsibility for the accuracy of information, or for any action brought against the advertiser for breach of contract by the person or people buying the holiday property. homesafar.com shall not be liable to the advertiser or owner for any loss, costs or damages resulting from the use of the site, or the inability to access or use the site.

  5. When the advertiser submits a property to homesafar.com, the advertiser acknowledges that the material (text , graphics and photos) has not been copied or is in breach of copyright. homesafar.com cannot be held responsible for any infringement of copyright laws resulting from material supplied by the advertiser.

  6. The advertiser assigns homesafar.com a licence to reproduce in part, or in whole the material supplied.

  7. homesafar.com reserves the right to refuse web addresses or hypertext links to other web sites from within the homesafar.com site.

  8. Photos can be accepted by post, but it is preferable for them to be scanned and supplied by email. Any photos sent to homesafar.com will not be returned, unless supplied with a stamped addressed envelope.

  9. homesafar.com reserves the right to refuse any property advertisement and cannot be held liable for any expense or loss as a result of doing so.

  10. Only properties located in recognised holiday areas are permitted to advertise on the site. For guidance, one should ask the question "Could I run a successful holiday lettings business around this property?" If the answer is yes, then your property is probably suitable. homesafar.com will be the final artiber of whether the property is suitable or not.

  11. Should an advertiser request a property be removed from the site at any time, this should be done via email or in writing.
