Didim is a well known holiday place among the British tourists. It is just one and a half hour away from Kuşadası, Selçuk and Ephesus.Didim is famous for Altınkum Beach and many other various wonderful bays. Our summer house is 500 m away from the sea and it takes 10 minutes to reach Altınkum. Moreover it is 45 minutes away from Milas-Bodrum Airport and one and a half hours away from Atatürk Airport in İzmir.The house has a limited sea view from the top. Actually it would be better to come and see it cause it is difficult to describe all the beauties.Shortly it is worth to see.

The summer house locates in a well protected site.It has an iron shutter.There are 28 twin villas in the site. Our summer house has three floors.There is an american kitchen, a large saloon and a bathroom on the first floor.On the second floor, there are two large rooms, a bathroom and two balconies.On the third floor there is a room and a big terace. The house is in good condition. We will leave all the furniture, including a washing machine, a dish washer, a refrigerator, beds and sofa. Also the house is 10 minutes away to the hospital.
