The house comes COMPLETELY FURNISHED, and we have furnished the inside of the villa in a modern style with quite a few of the home comforts provided. There is a stereo radio/cassette player, small TV with attached VCR player. There is also a growing library of video's. The fitted kitchen has an ample selection of cupboards with all the utensils, crockery and accessories needed to accommodate a family of five. Also included is the Electric Cooker, a microwave oven, a toaster and an orange juice blender. An automatic washing machine is also provided plus ironing board and iron.
Mobile adjustable fans are provided throughout the villa which can be moved from room to room if it gets too hot.
The property comprises two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, one on each floor, with shower facilities, the main upstairs bathroom has both shower and a bath.
Although there is no telephone provided, most people now-a-days carry a mobile phone. The mobile telephone reception at the villa is very good and is impressive throughout the peninsula.
The shared swimming pool is only a 1 minute walk away. There is a smaller paddling/dip pool suitable for small children. The top pool has its own Whirlpool. We recommend that young children use the pool area under supervision.
A tennis court and restaraunt complex is under construction, and it is expected to be finished in 2010.
