ABOUT RENTING: The developers have signed a rental contract with Balkan Holidays. The complex is published in the third edition of the brochure for summer 2005. The developers will not receive a commission fee for letting the properties. They intend to take a minimum percentage of the rental income to pay the salaries of the staff working at the hotel-apart complex.
ABOUT MAINTENANCE: The annual maintenance fee is 5.5 EUR per sq. metre and covers general maintenance of the common parts - swimming pool, stairs, lifts as well as 24 hour security guard.
